Finance Officer

Description:

• Support the Finance Department concerning dedicated fund assets (valuation, control, subscription and redemption).

Main activities:

• Execution & control of class 23 subscriptions and redemptions ;
• NAV calculation of dedicated funds ;
• Administrative and back-office follow-up of custody banks: opening account form, transfer of assets ;
• Control and payments of Asset Management Fees ;
• Private Equity ;
• Liaise with other departments in order to facilitate communication (compliance, sales, back & middle-office).

Your profile:

• Studies: Finance – Accounting / Economy ;
• Grade: Bac+3 ;
• Languages: French + english ;
• Technical banking / insurance knowledge :
  • Banking or Life-insurance back-office ;
  • Good knowledge of financial products, life-insurance products, economy and legal ;
• Computer skills: MS Office package ;
• Experience : 5 years or more.
